How long have you been strength training?
I have been strength training since 2023 after I suffered a stress fracture in my tibia which prevented me from ultra-distance running.
Do you compete in Powerlifting?
I’ve competed at two powerlifting competitions, achieving qualifying totals entitling me to compete at National competitions.
What is your favourite lift?
Whichever one I happen to be strongest at at the time.

It’s the aggregation of marginal gains which add up to achieving long-term goals, so keep showing up and be the best version of yourself that you can be today.
