            For more information about our weekend camps contact us to arrange special group sessions for specific powerlifting training.

            PLEASE NOTE: if you are a pay as you go attendee or a novice these sessions must be booked in advance.  Failure to let the coaches know you plan to attend could result in the gates being closed.  Please use our booking form to secure your place.
