        6-8pm:

        This session is for club members only.  This session is not available to pay as you go.

        Training for:

          • Powerlifting (Classic and Equipped)
          • Strength training
          • Sports performance

          7-8pm Paralympic Powerlifting:

          this hour is dedicated specifically to Paralympic Powerlifting with the focus on all physical abilities coming to try, learn, improve and progress in Para-Powerlifting.

          Saturdays   Book it! 

          10.30am-12.30pm:

          Each saturday the club hosts a different powerlifting camp.

          These include:

          • Equipped Powerlifting
          • Inclusive Powerlifting
          • Masters Powerlifting
          • Open Powerlifting
