7-8pm Paralympic Powerlifting:

this hour is dedicated specifically to Paralympic Powerlifting with the focus on all physical abilities coming to try, learn, improve and progress in Para-Powerlifting.

This class is designed for beginners to intermediate level Powerlifters and those looking to learn strength/weight training who have been either had no experience or less than 6 months in lifting weights in a gym environment.  This session will reflect the Thursday nights ‘Powerlifting Hour’ and focus on the same exercise.

This session is put on specifically for those who do not live locally but would like the advantage of training with Swindon Barbell and it’s highly experienced and qualified coaches.
